Before you ask
- How far ahead should I book?
- The sooner the better for weekends and December. Send the date even if the details are loose and we will tell you straight away whether the kitchen can take it.
- Can you handle allergies and vegetarians?
- Yes. A good part of the menu is already vegetarian or gluten free, and it is marked dish by dish on the menu page. Tell us the counts and we will build around them. Nuts, shellfish and fish sauce are all over Southeast Asian cooking, so flag allergies early rather than on the day.
- How spicy is it?
- As spicy as you ask for. Dishes marked spicy are cooked properly hot by default. For a mixed crowd we usually send the chili on the side.
- Do you deliver?
- For trays around Fairfax City and the surrounding area, yes. Give us the address with your inquiry and we will confirm the fee and the window.
- What does it cost?
- Catering is priced off the same menu you can read here, so there are no hidden platter markups. Send a headcount and we will come back with a per-person number.
- Is a gratuity added?
- A gratuity of 20% is added automatically to parties of six or larger, the same as in the dining room.
